When it comes to the issue of equality in our workplaces, the past few years have been a period of rapid and remarkable change. But there’s a hard truth that not everyone is willing to talk about: Most diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives are failing.

Equality Institute was founded in Naarm (Melbourne, Australia) on Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung Country. We extend this respect to all Indigenous peoples of this continent and its adjacent lands, recognising their cultures as the oldest continuous living cultures in human history.
