  • Lesson 3: How to interrupt bias

    Awareness is powerful, but change comes from action. In this module, you’ll learn practical techniques to pause, question assumptions, and disrupt bias in real time. We’ll cover strategies from simple mindset shifts to structural interventions that make fairer outcomes possible.

  • Lesson 4: Taking action

    Here we move from learning to leading. You’ll explore how to embed conscious inclusion into your everyday practices, decisions, and relationships. By the end of this module, you’ll understand clear, achievable steps to create environments where everyone can thrive.
